• Loss limit – a cap on the amount a player may lose in a defined period (day, week, or month). Once the limit is reached, further wagering of the same type is prevented for that period. A decrease in the loss limit takes effect immediately; an increase requires confirmation and cannot exceed the existing period’s cap until the prior limit expires.
• Wager limit – a cap on the total amount staked per selected period. This limit applies to qualifying bets within the casino and sportsbook interfaces and can be adjusted downward at any time, with increases subject to confirmation.
• Session limit – a time-based cap on gambling sessions. When the limit is reached, you are automatically logged out. You may resume activity only after the session window resets.

Cooling-off and self-exclusion

Rk55 offers two distinct measures to support temporary or longer-term disengagement from gambling:

• Cooling-off period – a defined interval during which deposits are not permitted, and promotional communications are blocked. This measure is not a self-exclusion. The cooling-off period begins when requested and ends automatically at its set expiry; after expiry, the account is reactivated unless a subsequent action is taken.
• Self-exclusion – a formal withdrawal from all gambling activity for a defined period. During self-exclusion, the account is disabled and all promotional offers are blocked. In general, self-exclusion is binding for the chosen term and cannot be undone within that term. After expiry, you may request reactivation; conducting any new account activity during an active exclusion constitutes a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent restriction or new account suspension.
